Amazon marketplace operations powered by TFE Datahub

TFE.agency helps authorised Amazon Selling Partners manage their day-to-day marketplace operations through TFE Datahub and our supporting operational services.

With the Selling Partner’s permission, TFE Datahub connects to Amazon through official Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) endpoints. This allows authorised customers to manage relevant Amazon marketplace information alongside their own operational data in one central system.

Our Amazon operational services

  • Order management – Retrieve and manage Amazon orders in TFE Datahub, support fulfilment workflows and maintain order status information.
  • Inventory synchronisation – Synchronise available inventory between the Selling Partner’s authorised systems and Amazon to support accurate marketplace stock levels.
  • Product and listing management – Create and update authorised product listings, product content, availability and other operational listing information.
  • Fulfilment and shipping workflows – Support order processing, shipment confirmation, tracking and related fulfilment activities.
  • Returns management – Retrieve and manage relevant return information to support the Selling Partner’s customer-service and operational processes.
  • Operational reporting –  Provide dashboards and reports covering authorised operational information such as orders, inventory, listings, returns and fulfilment activity.

TFE.agency does not offer Amazon Brand Analytics through this service.

How the connection works

Amazon Information is retrieved exclusively from official Amazon SP-API endpoints following explicit authorisation by the Amazon Selling Partner. We do not obtain Amazon Information from scraping services, data aggregators or other external sources.

Customer ERP, PIM, WMS or accounting information remains customer-owned operational data. Where requested, this data may be connected to TFE Datahub solely to support the customer’s authorised marketplace workflows.

Amazon Information is available only to the authorised Selling Partner and authorised personnel supporting that Selling Partner. We do not sell Amazon Information or share it with data brokers, marketing platforms or unrelated third parties.

Pricing

Our Amazon marketplace services are quote-based because the scope depends on the number of Amazon stores, products, orders, integrations and operational services required.

Your quotation may include:

  • A one-time onboarding and integration fee
  • A recurring TFE Datahub subscription
  • Optional operational support or managed-service fees
  • Bespoke development fees where non-standard integrations are required
  • Any agreed advertising management fee, where applicable

All fees and included services are confirmed in writing before work begins. There is no obligation to proceed after requesting a quotation.

About Amazon

Amazon.com, Inc. is an American multinational technology company which focuses on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. It has been referred to as "one of the most influential economic and cultural forces in the world, and is one of the world's most valuable brands.[9] It is one of the Big Five American information technology companies, alongside Alphabet, Apple, Meta, and Microsoft.

Amazon was founded by Jeff Bezos from his garage in Bellevue, Washington, on July 5, 1994. Initially an online marketplace for books, it has expanded into a multitude of product categories: a strategy that has earned it the moniker The Everything Store. It has multiple subsidiaries including Amazon Web Services (cloud computing), Zoox (autonomous vehicles), Kuiper Systems (satellite Internet), Amazon Lab126 (computer hardware R&D). Its other subsidiaries include Ring, Twitch, Freevee, and Whole Foods Market. Its acquisition of Whole Foods in August 2017 for US$13.4 billion substantially increased its footprint as a physical retailer.
